New North Korea Blog: Koreabloggen
by Richardson ~ August 20th, 2007. Filed under: Asides.Koreabloggen is new DPRK-centric blog in Swedish, so if you can read this, “Välkommen till Koreabloggen! Här kommer det att skrivas förhoppningsvis dagligen om vad som händer på Koreahalvön och särskilt den norra delen, Nordkorea,” then it’s something you might want to check out.

Hi! Good news for me - I can read it!
I’ll pop over there straight away and find out if it is any good. Thanks for the tip!

Glad to point you in that direction, and interesting to know that at least a couple of Swedish speakers have stumbled across DPRK Studies. I hope Koreabloggen is a good read.

First of all, Richardson, thank you very much for giving a few people directions to my blog!
Ghola,
well, as a matter of fact I think that KJI actually told the former prime minister of Sweden Göran Persson (when he was heading an EU-delegation in Pyongyang in 2000) that he was looking at a few different kinds of welfare states from around the world in order to get new ideas for how to improve the DPRK social system, and that he had found the swedish one very interesting! The right-wing people of Sweden sure have had some fun about that…
