Had This Guy Been to North Korea Lately?

Was it a supernote? “A Russian man attempted to pass off a phony $100 bill at the New Hampshire State Liquor store… ‘It turned a color that it’s not supposed to, and when he saw that, he grabbed the bill back and left,’ said Smith… diplomatic immunity might be involved.”

Note who was involved, and knew or should have known better than to try. Those people are well trained. Just because the fellow with the fake C-note was not just off the plane from the DPRK does not mean that he did not receive it and more like it directly from a fellow employee of one of the suspected super note producers, the identity of which would not be a big surprise to some people. Perhaps this was a product quality assurance test.

Perhaps they thought the guy behind the counter in backwater NH wouldn’t check.
