South Korea gives rice to North Korea along with light industrial materials. While the rice keeps Kim fat and happy, I suspect the industial materials may be a ploy to help the Kaesong project along. One has to wonder who is benifiting most from Kaesong and what the connection to the government is. Has anyone ever listed the benifactors of Kaesong?

North /South railway test is intersting in the North not agreeing to equal numbers of passengers. But then again NK is odd. Cannot the North find 100 people it can trust “not” to defect?
