    NK demands threaten Kaesong complex. When you play with snakes one has to expect to be bitten at some time. South Korea would do much for its image if it did away with Kaesong altogether. Make a big human rights issue out of it and leave. NK would have absolute hissy fits as one of thier more lucretive schemes was dissolved and cut the rice ration of those in Pyongyang one more notch.
