From AP: “U.N. and U.S. authorities are investigating how $3,500 in suspected counterfeit $100 bills ended up sitting in a safe in the U.N. Development Program’s office in North Korea for 12 years, the agency’s chief spokesman said Monday.”
After missile and nuclear tests and uranium enrichment, the U.S. sanctions North Korean firms while Pyongyang reverses, making overtures. It’s not an accident, it’s a pattern of strategic disengagement.

According to Chang, one unfortunate young lady to get Kim's attention was, "brutally executed after she spurned Kim's persistent advances and fell in love with another man."
