From the AP: “U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was unharmed but ducked behind the podium after a rocket landed near Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s office Thursday while the two men were speaking to reporters at a news conference… [there was] a crater one-meter (yard) in diameter about 50 meters (yards) from the building where the news conference was in progress. Two cars were damaged.”
After missile and nuclear tests and uranium enrichment, the U.S. sanctions North Korean firms while Pyongyang reverses, making overtures. It’s not an accident, it’s a pattern of strategic disengagement.

According to Chang, one unfortunate young lady to get Kim's attention was, "brutally executed after she spurned Kim's persistent advances and fell in love with another man."
