From the AP: “The United States said Tuesday it wants North Korea to move beyond an initial agreement to shut down its main plutonium producing nuclear reactor and “come clean” about any program the communist nation has to enrich uranium.” WRONG! The Agreement states NK must disclose “all its nuclear programs,” which implicitly include uranium through reference to past agreements.
After missile and nuclear tests and uranium enrichment, the U.S. sanctions North Korean firms while Pyongyang reverses, making overtures. It’s not an accident, it’s a pattern of strategic disengagement.

According to Chang, one unfortunate young lady to get Kim's attention was, "brutally executed after she spurned Kim's persistent advances and fell in love with another man."
