This article at ATol says NK’s nuke won’t make Japan go nuclear, and that the “only wildcard is the US commitment to Japan’s security.” I’d say that Japan won’t go nuclear yet, but could laterand that the U.S. commitment isn’t and won’t be a wildcard.
