North Korea threatens to stall non-existent nuclear talks

This is a response to the U.S. attempting to pressure South Korea into enforcing the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) as it pertains to North Korea. From Reuters:

North Korea warned the United Nations on Friday that U.S. efforts to draw South Korea into Washington’s campaign against the spread of weapons of mass destruction could stall talks on Pyongyang’s nuclear plans.

The ironic thing about the threat is that North Korea has already left the Six-Party Talks after the U.S. finally slapped sanctions on North Korea for counterfeiting U.S. currency. So they are threatening to stall something they have already stalled. Does that mean if the U.S. does not pressure South Korea on PSI that North Korea will come back to the Six-Party Talks? No!
