DPRK wants ROK officials to be allowed to visit Kim Il-sung’s tomb

This seems to be a reasonable request (although not as a ‘demand’) at face value, but it depends on whether or not official ROK delegations would be required to bow (PDF) or pay homage to Kim Il-sung, or at least strongly encouraged to do so. North Koreans have not and would not be required to take such an action in South Korea, and a national cemetery is not quite the same as Kim Il-sung’s tomb:

North Korea has demanded that official South Korean delegations to the North are allowed to visit the Kumsusan Memorial Palace, where former leader Kim Il-sung lies embalmed… The North Koreans complained Seoul was not responding in kind after a North Korean delegation visited Seoul’s National Cemetery during Independence Day celebrations this year, he said.

This is one of the major factors preventing me from visiting that DPRK (that, and the horrible price).
