Korea Herald: ‘Nuclear facilities, capacities in North Korea.’ Some useful information, but starts off on the wrong foot:

‘Now that North Korea has agreed to dismantle whatever nuclear programs it has, focus is now shifting onto what kind of nuclear facilities and activities it operates…”

Japan Times: ‘Toward a nuclear Japan?’ Probably a moot point – as long as U.S. troops stay in both Japan and Korea (unified or not). Otherwise, the area is an arms race waiting to happen:

The United States cannot stop nuclear proliferation, even though Japan and others will expect it to keep trying… Japan, in order to balance the rapidly growing power of a nuclear-armed China, will have to acquire offensive capabilities. That may include nuclear weapons, although that is not yet inevitable.

CNN: ‘U.S. envoy mulls North Korea trip.’ He’s doing a good job, hopefully not all for nothing:

U.S. negotiator Christopher Hill has hinted that he is considering a trip to North Korea and warned Pyongyang it must be ready to commit to specific denuclearization steps when six-country nuclear talks resume. “One way or the other,” North Korea will not have nuclear weapons at the end of this engagement process…
