ROUND TWO OF THIS YEARS SIX-PARTY TALKS

Awhile back the North declared it could prove that it doesn’t have a Uranium-based nuclear program, and now it’s time to walk the talk, as far as negotiations are concerned. NK is big on making an initial offer, then paring it down to something meaningless. If the U.S. expresses interest in the potential “proof,” it’s going to cost, and NK negotiators will try the bait and switch. The U.S. has also backed off a bit from not allowing NK to have light-water reactors. Wait and see, if it even gets that far.
